Before You Rent

Thank you for considering a Resort Cart rental!

Before submitting your request, please review the following important details:

For guests staying in a Condo or Home in the Mauna Lani Resort;

  • side-beach-clubOur Resort Carts have an estimated range of 25 miles per full charge.
  • The longest span from one end of the resort to the other is about 3 miles.
  • If you’re renting for multiple days, Your accommodation should have an accessible 110 V electrical outlet near where the cart will be parked.  Please check with the homeowner or property manager in advance
  • We provide 50-foot charging cable.  We recommend charging after each use or daily overnight.  A full charge (from completely drained) can take up to 8 hours.
  • The cart is a street legal vehicle.  All drivers must be at least 18 years old, carry a valid state driver’s license and have full insurance.
  • The cart must remain within the Mauna Lani Resort limits, travel only on paved roads with speed limits of 25 mph or less, and may not use golf course paths or be driven on the golf courses themselves.

For Guests staying at the Auberge or Fairmont Orchid Hotels;

  • Unfortunately, these hotels do not provide charging facilities.
  • As a result, we cannot extend rentals to guests staying at those hotels.
